Help with getting playstaion 3 on line

Hello,can you help me please my granson has playstaion 3 but i cant get it to download up dates or go on line when i do test says all is ok but then will not work a number come up 80710723 i have belkin g router that i work my laptop from whitch is window vista and my gransons 1 whith is windows xp have no proplem geting on line with them

its the faq for ps3 official site look at number 7 on that page i think its the error you are having :)
