Install graphic card driver Closed

Question

Hello,  
Sir i m currently working on windows 7 enterprise edition.and when i checked about my graphics card it showed me like 
"RDPDD Chained DD" 
So now m confused that i have not installed any graphics card on my system rather than it shows me this type of thing please tell me do i have already installed graphics card or if i have one.......then which company\brand it is. 

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4993-cpu-z/
Extract it --> double-click on CPUZ ---> then click on "Mainboard" tab and let us know the Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset & Southbridge and we'll give you a link to download your graphic card driver.
