Cannot open any program [Solved/Closed]

Hello,

I am having the same problem, but in Vista. The .exe registry entry is not there - it is .ex_


Have you got any solutions for Vista? I ran SuperAntiSpyware to get rid of the rogue virus, but now I can't open any programs.
