Hello,
Try this 1
Download the "Norton Removal Tool" to remove all its traces from the system.
Click on the below hyperlink "Norton Removal Tool" and download it
Norton Removal Tool
Double-click on it --> Follow the instructions --> Restart your computer.
If the problem still exists then
Click on Start --> Run --> Type regedt32 and press Enter.
[If you are using Windows Vista or 7 then
Click on Start --> In search box, type regedt32 and press Enter]
"Registry Editor" will be opened.
First backup your registry by going to "File --> Export".
Now navigate to the following location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCP
At the right-side look for the "DependOnService" --> Double-click on it -->
Delete the SYMTDI entry from the list of items --> Click on OK.
Now close the registry and restart your computer.
