No, I Recover my account I fill there forum they ask for they even send me password reset link wait I show ya there message.

So you finally got a reset link from Hotmail rather than going around in circles. Patience is a vertu.
May I ask for which purpose you are using this Hotmail account ? Is it for business or strickly for personal correspondance?

I did recovery and I fill the information my secret question and password everything what they ask for, Now after 5 days I get there password reset link. I reset my password. When i open my mail account, and it's still block.
