PageUp PageDn keys don't work in gmail

Hello,

When I use the Reply button on gmail to write a reply in richtext, the PageUp and PageDn keys don't work. When I press these keys the whole screen scrolls up and down.

The PageUp and PageDn keys work fine in text mode but not in richtext. Is this a bug? How to you fix this? Any workarounds?
