I'm using Sony Vaio laptop model PCG-7184L ..i want to format my laptop..but I dont have the Sony recovery disc...plzzzz plzzz plz help me how to format my laptop....urgently

On most Sony models, holding alt + F10 at boot will start the factory restore process

should the computer be about to turn on when you hit alt + f10

ou dont have to press ALT, just hit F10
