i have forgot my password and security questios.i am affraid i have too much data in my hotmail account.i want to get my data but i did not find any information any where.please you guide me how i can get my password or security question.i know all the emails in side the inbox, folders which i have created and also know some email contacts etc.

please you guide me how i can my password or security question.
