Lan Problem

Hello,

Guys i have a lan problem i have internet connection i want to change to BSNL Broadband connection when i plugin lan cable lan is not connecting before my old internet connection was working fine but now its not connecting i have changed IP Address also Lan is not connection can any one pls help me
