ummm this didn't work for me because i dont even have a lower an upper whatever its called it doesn't even show up when i open all those files ill type the ones that do an hopefully you can tell me whats up i already ran that fix it thing that microsoft has an it said that the dvd drive cant read or write cd's or dvd's here's the list of things that show up
name: (default), class, class desc, enumproppages32, iconpath, installer32, noinstallclass, silentinstall that's what shows up when you click on {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} 0000, 0001, 0002, an properties shows up under that on the same pane and properties now when i click on properties it says properties cannot be opened theres an error preventing it from opening access denied ???? don't know if that helps but it would be great if someone can help i really don't want to do a full system restore again back to factory :\
