I have a list of names, with their room numbers, acct. numbers, birthdays, and addresses in excel (roster.xls).
Every week, I had to print several excel forms that has their Names, rooms, and account numbers (like exercise log sheet - one sheet per name).

I was trying the re-create the form in WORD so I can mailmerge, but WORD is not as flexible as excel.

I was wondering if I can Mailmerge from excel (roster.xls), to the various forms I need to print on a weekly basis without me re-typing the same names again and again every week.
