Hi,
1. Go to Control Panel > Network Connections
2. Right click on the Wireless Network Connection > Properties
3. At the General tab, scroll down and double-click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
4. At the General tab, thick on Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
If the fix above didn't work, check if your firewall or antivirus does not blocking the connection
