My computer does not start Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have a Panora desktop but when i start it, the CPU lights come on but a beeping noise also comes like BEEP BEEP BEEP and so on
the screen does not come on

please help me

Make sure your RAM is properly seated.Clean it once and insert it properly.
