Hello,

have bought a sony vaio vpc-eb33fm/bj laptop..now the problem is that i cannt turn on my bluetooth in it.i can not add any bluetooth devices to my laptop.n i can not find the option of turning on my bluetooth in my wireless network section..i have searched my system and it says my bluetooth drivers are not enabled...how do i solve this issue..plz give me step wise information how to rectify this issue.

Hello,

Did you install the bluetooth driver of your laptop? Go to Sony Vaio website, download and install it to see if the problem still exists.
