Bluetooth prob

Hello,

have bought a sony vaio vpc-eb33fm/bj laptop..now the problem is that i cannt turn on my bluetooth in it.i can not add any bluetooth devices to my laptop.n i can not find the option of turning on my bluetooth in my wireless network section..i have searched my system and it says my bluetooth drivers are not enabled...how do i solve this issue..plz give me step wise information how to rectify this issue.
