Pc doesnt shut down

Hello,

when i want to shutdown my pc ..... it does nt shut down it gets stuck at the " shutting down..." screen.

please help me experts...!

i cant afford to waste money on this..

Shutdown your PC,restart


First step is go to Run and type

eventvwr.msc


This is should direct you to eventviewer.Go to system logs and see for latest errors related to shutdown.I doubt there should be a software issue which freezes your system during shutdown
