Sound problem in hp notebook laptop

Hello,
i am looking help for the sound problem in my hp laptop the problem is that while having video chat in yahoo messenger most of the time message is given no input sound is detected from the device but the video moves and we could not have voice chat if the laptop is restarted then the video chat can be done again can it be solved without restarting the laptop
hoping for your positive response and thanks in advance for the answer

Go to HP official website and download the last version of your sound card.

is their a problem with your audio output while you're not using your hp laptop for video chat?

no there is not any problem with my audio output while not using hp laptop for video chat

but when sound doesnot come while voice chatting the other like the song while we play the sound doesnot come can you please help waiting for your reply
