Hello,
i use intel core2 duo processor,im having 2 os in my hard disk,vch are xp2 andw7.when i turn on my pc it opens slowly and turn offs very slowly, pls help.

option 1
It would be better to back up your datas and format your PC.
Option 2
Go to run and type
msconfig
Remove unwanted startups from msconfig
Do not use more than 1 antivirus
Run disk defragmentation
Download ccleaner and start cleaning up unwanted junks.
Download process explorer
http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/ProcessExplorer.zip
Check the CPU usage column(3 rd one from the left),see which process takes high amount(except for system idle)
Go to run and type
eventvwr
go to application logs and see if there are errors concerned to specific programs,remove them if necessary
