Hi,
Just make sure it isn't on the wrong settings. Don't let it use auto connect.
Go into the settings and manually chose your network and correct residency.
The list is sorted by network then next to it the country.
Then save that setting and manually press the connect button.
Note: For the internet settings, you need to find them from your network provider.
