Bluetooth does not work on my laptop

Hello,

I am using my VIAO i5, i cannot use it's bluetooth. I've tried to search it and found an exe file of it and it seems that it is not working. Do i need to go to the store where i bought my laptop since it's still covered of it's warraty? Or can i download bluetooth installer to fix this problem?
