Trying to restore to factory settings

Hello,
I have a EEE 1005HAB netbook running windows 7 start up.while restoring to factory settings touch a button and after that got Bootmgr is missing ..press ctrl+alt+Del to restart.I have been doing this for over an hour and still can not get it to do anything,really could use some help!Please!!It did work fine until I tried to restore it.
