My suggestions are to go to Office Max, or Office Depot, depends on where you live, because Office depot or O.M doesn't always is everywhere.
I'm not an expert but My suggestion is to go straight down to office depot to get your computer checked,my uncle works for office max, but I learned that the signs of a bug on your computer is blue screen, shaking, freezing, slowness, and rebooting by itself. I can tell you that my computer is waaaay slow. I dropped it once and it didn't make it, but got it repaired for 4 big grands, and got it working, well, somewhat. HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL.
