Keyboard not working.write password by mouse

Hello,


i can not start my pc due to my keybord not working.but mouse is ok.but my account is password protected.i can not start pc by mouse.my keyboard is brand new.its just flickering once inserted into ps2 port or usb port.how can i solve this problem pl. help

Have you installed the most recent driver for your keyboard ?

no .i do not install any new driver.but my child game with this keyboard too much.as my computer is password protected,i can not start pc, because with out keyboard i can not write password.if i unplug

I suggest that you try any other keyboard, enter your password and then install your new one.

i try with new keyboard.same result.its just flick once then not functioning

I then suspect that there is a motherboard problem where the usb plugs-in.

I suggest that a technician takes a look at it.
