Cant open facebook and youtube

Hello,

Its been like a week that I cant open facebook and youtube, I need to restart the computer in able to open these sites again and after like 5 minutes here the problem goes again. I just want to know whats the problem. I hope you can help me. Thanks.

Do you face this issue on all browsers??
