Hp tx2000

Hello,

When I switch on my laptop hp tx2000, the power and light glow for a second, and also the fan spins for a second, and then everything goes off. What's the problem ? please help me. Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

This may be either overheating issue,mass of dust over heatsink and cooler fan unable to make air circulation or a short circuit on board .

Send to a qualified Technician and let him fix it for you.

I replaced the motherboard even then also having the same problem

press the power button all the lights light up and then goes off. . is that processor problem or heatsink

have you tried with another power adapter?

Hi,

Ill rather advice to send to electronic technician or where it was purchased and have it checked and fixed by qualified personnel.
