Toshiba won't go pass the windows loading

Hello, I have a toshiba equium a100-027

It gets to the windows xp loading screen and then restarts , it does this repeatedly , any help please.

Oh there is no repair computer option in the f8 options

Can you boot into safemode?

If yes then try restoring PC to a previous point when you did not face issues

No I have tried safe, safe with networking, safe with command prompt all take me to windows loading and just restarts itself and keeps repeating. Thanks for commenting any sort of help is greatly appreciated .
