Go to run and type
services.msc
Check for service called '' windows audio ''
Make sure its started and its set to automatic

Install chipset drivers first,download it from here
http://asrock.com/mb/Intel/775i65GV/index.asp?cat=Download
Go to device manager and check sound,video and audio controllers
Do you find any errors?
If everything looks fine
Do not forget to right click on your sound driver an update
Go to control panel - sound options and make sure default device is properly selected

Hi i download drivers from this link c-media audio is not install properly when i install it message me'our audio provides multi speakersorround & realistic sound effects Due to the feet that your computeris not eqipped with our audio chip,you can not avail yourself of thease advance feature'.
but i install my mother board cd drivers then not instal this properly (error message).
