It seems you have downloaded a video format which is not supported by the mobile.
Try to convert the video format to MP4

Yes I am agree with sundar7701 it is not supporting the format 100%. You should convert your video to MP4. I too have a samsung mobile phone which supports MP4. Try to get such format from any efficient converter. I had tried from the link provided below:
