Wireless no longer connects

Hello,
I have a toshiba laptop A660. It has always run internet wirelessly and now for some reason it wont do it. I have tried reinstalling my aol and originally it said there was a problem contacting the modem and that the router was not detected. I have now used a yellow ethernet cable and have got my internet connection but it wont allow me to go wireless. I have a wireless light lit up (looks like a little pylon type thing with radio waves emitting) on top of my screen so i think that thats ok. aol easy installer tells me that it hasnt been able to find a wireless adaptor but when i click on the picture of a laptop it changes that to wireless adaptor found and updated. then still tells me a problem - any suggestions - plese in easy terms as i'm not techncially minded

Go to run and type this

ncpa.cpl

Do you see a wireless icon?

Right click on it and select diagnose

Do you receive an error? Let us know

Hello,
Wireless mouse (Case Logic Model EW-600) will not work. Got this mouse from a friend. He never used it but he lost the user manual. It will not work when I plug the drive into the USB. It appears I need to sync the drive to the mouse. There is a button on the drive and two black buttons on the mouse. When I push the drive button a blue light starts to blink. Both units are within two to three inches of each other. I change the batteries twice.

Hello, i have this mouse for a long time bought 2 one working this one giving problem . i can use it only when a usb is connected from the mouse to the computer. The light does not stay on on the mouse.

This mouse came w/ this Dell Laptop INSPIRION 1750. it has always functioned properly, however, now even after changing batteries, the little red light underdeath will not come on, likewise it does not function.

PLEASE ADVISE. CONTACT NO.

Wifi connected but no internet access

Hello,
I'm connected to a public server at my university and the wifi says connected but I don't have access to the internet. I know the Internet works, because I'm accessing it through my phone. However, sometimes an authorization page comes up to allow students to sign in. I'm thinking i need to resurgirías my computer, but i have no idea how to bring up that page since it comes up automatically. Can you help? Thanks
