One of my three pcs won't connect to wifi

Hello,

I have three laptops. Only one will not connect to my home wifi. For the record, the wifi button on the side of this laptop is turned on. I get wifi on my two other laptops as well as a smartphone. I've rebooted the modem and router as well as the laptop.

Please help.

Is it an old laptop?

disable security/encryption on wireless and test.

You're probably using WPA2?

try WPA or Mixed
