Conditional Formatting in MS Excel

Hello,

Would appreciate if you could please help me with the entire process how to do do conditional formatting for one entire row- which contains Column A Order id, Column B Type of product, Column C- unit price, Column D- Quantity, Column E- Sold Price.

I am able to do only for single cell at a time but not for the entire row. Please help.
