windows can't install properly hall.dll/noksa Closed

Question

Hello,im riyad.i can try to install windows xp in my acer laptop.but when complite copying process by win to flash software.then i restart my pc.i wil complite bios setting.then windows can't install say windows can't install properly hall.dll/noksail missing or cropted. Reinstall window. 
So now what can i do plz give me smart and short sagetion.thank you.
