Blue screen prompt to insert smart card

Hello,
I have a problem on my laptop which is compaq nc6230 notebook

The question is,WHEN I SWITCH ON THERE APPEAR A BLUE SCREEN WHICH SAY INSERT SMART CARD INTO READER finally it shut down by saying SMART CARD NOT PRESENT.wHEN I GO TO CMOS SETUP AND CHANGE BOOT ORDER,AND RESTART ,IT AUTOMATICALLY DISABLED


CAN assist ME PLEASE ON THIS MATTER ON WHAT I CAN DO.

Apply pressure to the touchpad right after you hit the power button and keep your hand pressed until the HP logo appears in normal shape.

This is workaround but you need to do this always.

This is a hardware problem and I would recommend you to take it to a repair shop
