How to increase internet speed in windows 7

hello sir,
I need to increase my download and internet speed in windowws 7 32bit.Following are the details. I have lenovo(g570) laptop. config. intel pentium cpu b940 @ 2.00Ghz , 3.0 gb ram. my speed is in torrent 3.0 kbps and in idm 5.0 kbps it is very low. how can increase my download speed. please give me help. send me some tips to increase that speed
1. I have windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
2. I have a huawei(e1550)(hsdpa data service of up to 3.6 Mbps) modem with idea 3g connection.
3.I am a resident of' India-gujrat-rajkot(360004)'
4.I am using Firefox 8.0, utorret 3.0, bittorrent 7.5, idm 6.07.
