Hello,
I am stuck up with a problem in macro please do help me,
I have 2 sheets with data i want compare two sheets, if the data is same it should copy the same in third sheet else copy the unmatched data in sheet4. Please do reply for this post...

What do you want to compare? Cells, rows, columns?
Please provide more details.
Probably the best way to provide more details is to upload (a sample of) your file using a filesharing site like www.speedyshare.com. Make sure your file extention is .xls, because I'm still using Excel 2003.
