try to repair windows at the boot screen of your laptop by using the OS recovery CD that was given to you when you purchased your laptop.

Can you boot into safemode?
option 1:
If yes try to a system restore
option 2:
Go to run and type
msconfig and click ok
Change your startup to normal and click ok ,reboot and check
option 3
Uninstall installed antiviruses and try to boot into normal mode
