sir, I have compaq presario cq40 laptop with windows7 os.
the web cam icon not sowing in my laptop how to open web cab,,

install HP BASIC STARTER CAMERA driver from windows 7 updates or manually, and later try installing the software YAWCAM, it works fine.

Search HP WEBCAM 101 and download the driver. Then restart your computer and the webcam will work fine
