Restore lost data after firmware update

Hello,

I have Nokia C2-01 phone. Recently, i upgraded my firmware, but have not taken backup of any data. Can anyone please help me recover the data(like Contacts, Messages)?

I dont think its possible.Contact nokia service centre ,may be they can help you out
