From what I am reading. This is what you are trying to do
1. in Cashbook you would make an entry
2. based on month and the description of the entry, you want to copy same to transaction.
so basically, see if for that month and description there is a record already in transaction sheet.
if yes, then add after the exisiting columns the new date and amount
if no, then add a new row for that month and description and add date and amount also
Am i reading it right ?
