Macro for extracting particular data

Hello,
I request someone to help in solving my problem. I have two sheets one is "cashbook" and another sheet is "transaction". In "cashbook" sheet daily different transaction are recoded day wise as per vouchers.
In "transaction" sheet depending upon the column "A" (Month) data should be copied for that month on particular transaction head (For e.g "salary advance to XXXX"). I am uploading a file for your convenience. I will be thankful for the help.

From what I am reading. This is what you are trying to do
1. in Cashbook you would make an entry
2. based on month and the description of the entry, you want to copy same to transaction.
so basically, see if for that month and description there is a record already in transaction sheet.
if yes, then add after the exisiting columns the new date and amount
if no, then add a new row for that month and description and add date and amount also
Am i reading it right ?
