Hello,
If I start cod 4 and i choose profile, click on multiplayer and refresch the list the whole list is EMPTY!
Can somebody help?

Hi. Are you using steam on it? Recently i pre orders MW3 and god MW1 with it and faced the same problem. I exit steam and started it again and i havent had any problems with it since. Try this if you're using steam. Otherwise, try restarting your PC and make sure the connection is active.
