Hi,
I supposed that your cell containing "241 GOLD CREEK RD, BROOKFIELD, QLD 4069" is A2. Use the following formula for B2 and C2.
B2=LEFT(A2, FIND(",",A2,1)-1)
C2=RIGHT(A2,LEN(A2)-FIND(",",A2,1)-1)
