Stuck in normal mode works fine in safe mode

Hello,
I have an acer 4060 and 4070 both of them got a common problem. i.e the keyboard and mouse pad gets stuck in normal mode if i plug an usb mouse it starts to work but works slowly. it works fine in safe mode. i cleaned it from viruses formated my drives reinstalled the orignal driver but same problem repeats can it be due to bios virus or something please help
