Hello,

Am Ravi Kiran, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India,
I have a doubt in Ms EXCEL 2007, my doubt is that am having a client who is a small jewellery trader, i wanted to make one excel sheet which can help him for his daily trading activities. So, let's my question is that, how come I prepare a data work book in respect,

Where I have applied some contents but which were not working in EXCEL.
I have opened a book which containing 3 sheets, in Sheet1 I will make the data headings like jewellery sale, date, invoice no, amount, quantity, and other heads, my question is that if I enter the data in a line pattern, which have to update like in the same format in sheet 2 (here I need to show only jewellery sale, date amount) in sheet 3 (here I need to show the other headings) where if I enter value in Sheet 1 like
in - a1 - jewellery sale
in - b1 - 15/11/2011
in - c1 - 001
in - d1 - 300.00
in - e1 - 3 nos
the same date should in need to be sheet 2 - a1, b1, c1, d1, e1

if would I replace the sheet1 a1, b1, c1, d1, e1
I need to update the data contents in sheet 2 with a2, b2, c2, d2, e2
In every time update all my entries in sheet a1, b1, c1, d1, e1 the date in sheet 2 need to up date like sheet 2 a1 data has to come in a2 on every update in sheet 1 data in sheet2 has to come down with out any problem

please help in writing a early reply in this regard, if you found any grammatical mistakes in writing letter and presenting my question/doubt/request please accept my apologizes

Thanks! :-)

Ravi Kiran

Hi Ravi,

Apologies accepted, but it does make it hard to understand you (could be me).

Is it possible to upload (a sample of) your file using a fiesharing site like www.speedyshare.com.
Make sure you show how it is now and how you would like it to be.

Best regards,
Trowa
