K9 USB CDC device missing

Hello,

Hello, I AM GIRISH and few days ago I brought a new Karbonn K9 Jumbo Phone. Company said it supports as a modem. But when i connect it to computer, then system shows that USB CDC device missing. Now I want to know, what should I do with this? And how can I connect it to computer as a modem?
Please help me.

Hi,

Well you need to install pc suite for it use cd provided along when purchased or link below may help you if all use same version of pc suite:
