Match data from Excell

Hello,

I have information in different spreadshits which I would like to match by the name and year of a company. How can I do that?
Example:

Spreadsheet 1

Company name/ year/ a / b / c / d / e / f / g / h

Spreadsheet 2

Campany name / year / i / j /m / n / o / p

I want to match this information and end up by having in only one spreadsheet:

Company name/ year/ a / b / c / d / e / f / g / h / i / j /m / n / o / p

How can I do this, please?

If not, how can I do the match only by the name of the company and put it together, please?
