Pc not starting

Hello,

Last nyt i turned off my pc working fine but when hn morning i started it, it fails to start. There is no display on monitor and a continuous red light is glowing on the cpu. all fans are working dvd drive is rotating very fast and is not opening. I have changed the ram slots but nothing is working. even i have tried battery trick but that also failed to help.

system specifications

4Gb ram asus m2n68 motherboard amd 5200+ processor and 320 Gb hard disk
I have also cheked my motherboard by removing the ram and switching on the Cpu which makes continuous beep sounds
