i am using a reliance 3g.It shows conection 7.2mb/s
but it's downloading speed is too slow.that is always lower than 5kb/s.
is there any way to increase it except that" go to run then type gpedit.msc ......................

no that's not work bacacse i cant find any 'reversivle bandwith'.
