Can't turn on my Laptop Wi-Fi after format

Hello,

Please hep. I am unable to turn on my wireless on Acer Aspire 5742G . I had had a format of this laptop. Also there is a yellow sign in front of " Network Controller" in device manager.
It says that it can't be helped.my Fn key is working absolutely fine. (F3 - Wireless is an exception) help me.

Hi,
Verify the model of you wireless lan (Broadcom or atheros)
Go on acer support website : http://support.acer.com/us/en/product/default.aspx?tab=1&modelId=3278
Go to bottom of the page, download and install the most recent driver.
