I can't Play Sims 3 Closed

Question

Hello, 

I just got Town Life and Late Night sims 3. When I go to the Game Launcher to play, and I click play, the game doesn't start at all. It will just load, and eventually say that it's not responding. I know I have all the requirments for capacity. What's wrong? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't work.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 8.0
