Creat list based on results

Hello,
hi please help me create a formula, my data is as fallow

Column B Belongs To First Name
Column C Belongs The Second name
Column D Belongs To School Adm. no.
Column E Belongs To Civil ID
Column F Belongs To Date of birth
Column G Belongs To Age
Column H Belongs To Group
Column I Belongs To Games
Column J Belongs To School
Column K Belongs To Heats
Column L Belongs To Final

NOW if 6 students came 1st, 2nd, 3rd, i will put "1st" or "2nd" or "3rd" in heats column.
data for those students should go to result sheet.
so that i can print separate sheet.

i really don't know that if i explained it well.
if you need my excel sheet i can send it to you.
