Hello,
I am blocked from hotmail account, my old account is no longer valid and i dont remember the answer to the security question, i need to open my mail as i have tons of contacts there please help

Hi,

Sorry to say but if you forgot your secret question, there is no way around it, your goose is cooked. The secret question is the only way Hotmail could identify you as the legitimate account owner.

You should not have sent bulk mail.
